2. SUBJECT
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) regulates the rights and obligations regarding the remote purchase of goods or services by the BUYER from the SELLER.
3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT, GOODS, OR SERVICES
3.1. The SELLER undertakes to sell, deliver, and perform the goods or services specified below to the BUYER.
3.2. The price of the goods or services will be paid by the BUYER using the payment methods specified by the SELLER.
4. AGREEMENT PRICE AND PAYMENT METHOD
4.1. The BUYER will pay the price of the goods or services using the payment method specified by the SELLER.
4.2. Prices, including VAT, will be specified, and any other taxes and expenses, if applicable, will be separately indicated.
4.3. The BUYER is obliged to use the payment methods specified by the SELLER during the payment transactions.
5. DELIVERY
5.1. The goods or services subject to the agreement will be delivered to the BUYER’s address.
5.2. The delivery date and method depend on the mutual agreement of the parties.
6. CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS
6.1. The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal 15 days before receiving the purchased goods or services.
6.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be sent to the SELLER at [Seller’s Return Process Address and Contact Information].
6.3. Return procedures will be carried out in accordance with the conditions specified by the SELLER.
